Tata Tiago iCNG AMT Design and Interior
Exterior looks
The design of the Tiago iCNG AMT is the same as was introduced during the facelift in 2020. Although the car still looks compact and attractive, its design can now be considered a bit old. In particular, the lack of 15-inch alloy wheels is felt, as this feature is available in the petrol version. The top variants still get 14-inch wheels with stylish covers.
Interior
No major changes have been made to the cabin of the Tiago iCNG AMT. However, features like digital instrument cluster, 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system (with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support), automatic climate control, auto headlamps and wipers, reverse camera are available. But, the lack of rear parcel shelf and 15-inch alloy wheels is a bit of a letdown.

CNG and Petrol
The Tiago iCNG AMT gets a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder engine that generates 73 bhp and 95 Nm of torque in CNG mode, while in petrol mode it gives 85 bhp and 113 Nm of torque. However, the sound of the engine is heard inside the cabin and road and wind noise is also felt at highway speeds. But, considering the mileage and performance, this can be ignored.
AMT Transmission
The AMT gearbox given in the Tiago iCNG AMT makes driving in the city easy, as there is no need to press the clutch repeatedly. However, the AMT unit is a bit sluggish and jerks are felt during gear shifting. Especially, this is felt more during fast acceleration or driving on hills.
Tata Tiago iCNG AMT Mileage and Driving Range
The Tiago iCNG AMT gives a mileage of around 18.86 km/kg (city) and 20.07 km/kg (highway). It has a capacity to hold 8 kg of CNG and can run for 100-145 km on a full tank, depending on the driving conditions.
Tata Tiago iCNG AMT variants and price
The Tata Tiago iCNG AMT comes in two variants:
